It’s the thought that counts, we often say. But what if someone dear thought of giving you a bouquet of flowers and paper bills?

On  Facebook, a bouquet of dried flowers and P1000 bills has been getting a lot of attention from social media users after the page  Note. uploaded some pictures of it with the caption, “Ganito talaga gusto kong bulaklak.”

A lot of netizens left funny and hilarious comments on the post that already got more than 45,000 reactions and over 77,000 shares, while some wished to receive the same kind of bouquet, too.

Facebook user Jerome Nicomedez, on the other hand, joked that the “flowers” in the bouquet are seasonal and only bloom in the month of December when Christmas bonuses and incentives are being released, as well as during payday.

“Ahhh, ‘sensya na po. Seasonal lang po kasi ‘yan. Kadalasang namumulaklak ang mga iyan tuwing: December, 13th month pay, kinsenas (15th), at katapusan (30th),” he wrote.

Bloom Artisan is a flower store that focuses on the art of arranging dried flowers that could last for up to two to three years, aiming “to preserve all the beautiful memories behind them”. According to the shop, their “first-ever grand money bouquet” includes 30 pieces of P1000 bills.
