Some brides spend a huge amount of money to buy a beautiful wedding dress for their “big day”–but some women are lucky enough to find a gown that does not cost much but is lovely enough to make them look fabulous on the most special moment of their life.
In the Facebook group Weird (and Wonderful) Finds That Just Need To Be Shared, Noa Toton uploaded photos of the wedding gown that she brought from a thrift store; sharing how much she loves her amazing find.
“Hoping to jump on this thrifted wedding dress trend! My best friend in the whole world is a photographer on the side and we have always wanted to do a wedding shoot for funsies. I went to Goodwill after the pand
emic restrictions were lifted in Ohio in June and see this beauty for $25 [more or less P1,200]! I called her in the car screaming that I finally found a wedding dress!” she wrote in the caption of the photos she uploaded.
The young lady expressed how amazed she was after finding out that the gown fits her perfectly; saying she cannot wait to wear it when the right time comes.
“We went out to do pictures in public and I cannot get over how this dress–with no makers mark or size–fits me perfectly. It was meant to be cherished and loved with me! Unfortunately, the sleeves had dry rot and one of the shoulders got ripped in the middle of the shoot,” she continued. “But it’s in my closet for safekeeping until I can wear it again.”
