Recognizing her late boyfriend’s love and support in her journey as a vlogger, popular YouTuber Peachy Santos has dedicated her vlog’s latest milestone to the love of her life and internet star Emman Nimedez.

On Facebook, Peachy uploaded a photo of her; thanking her departed lover, as well as her beloved followers.

“HAPPY 500K SUBSCRIBERS, PEACHES! Maraming salamat kay Emman,” aniya. “Kung hindi dahil sa’yo, Mahal, ‘di ko makakamit ‘to. Maraming salamat sa pagturo mag-edit, mag-vlog, pagpapalakas ng loob ko sa lahat ng bagay, at pagtuturo sa akin na bigyan ng pagmamahal lahat ng ginagawa ko.”

“Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat,” pagpapatuloy niya. “Salamat sa pagmamahal at tiwala sa’kin.”

Popular video creator Emman Nimedez succumbs to illness

On August 16, using her late boyfriend’s Facebook page, Peachy herself announced the sad news; leaving thousands of fans grieving over the demise of their beloved “Pambansang Oppa”.

“Our beloved Emman Nimedez joined our Creator at 1:00 a.m. today, August 16, 2020, Sunday. He was with his family during the time of his passing at St. Luke’s Medical Center-Quezon City. Our family is thankful to everyone who offered prayers and showed support. Funeral details will be announced in the next days. We hope everyone will respect the family’s privacy to mourn the passing of Emman. Thank you,” read the official statement.

It was only last May when Emman looked back at his journey as a YouTuber since 2011, before announcing that he has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.

“Ito na siguro yung pinaka-malaking hamon na binigay sa ‘kin ng nasa itaas. Mahaba-habang pakikipagtalo sa sarili bago ko tuluyang mai-post ‘tong video na to. Pero sa napagtanto ko, kailangan niyo rin talaga ‘to malaman. Masyado nang malayo yung pinagsamahan natin para hindi ko kayo isama sa biyahe na ito. Medyo malubak lang at matarik kumpara sa mga naunang biyahe. Pero kapit lang. Makakatawid tayo,” he wrote in the caption of the video he posted, which became YouTube’s #1 on Trending back then.
