“It’s not every day you get to propose to your high school sweetheart,” loving boyfriend Lee Loechler thought, so he decided to put so much effort on his marriage proposal to longtime girlfriend, Sthuthi David.

On Facebook, Lee shared that he had been working with an illustrator for the past six months to get himself and his girlfriend animated into the latter’s favorite fairy tale, Sleeping Beauty.
“It’s not every day you get to propose to your high school sweetheart. For the past six months I’ve been working with Kayla Coombs to animate Sthuthi and myself into her favorite movie, Sleeping Beauty. The only thing better than seeing the smartest person I know completely dumbfounded was knowing we’d get to live happily ever after together,” he expressed on his post.
In the video, Lee and Sthuthi could be seen watching the movie Sleeping Beauty with some other people when a certain scene suddenly turned odd. The look on her face clearly shows how confused she was the moment she realized that the film was quite different. And then, the proposal happened.
Kneeling in front of her, he expressed, “It’s not every day you get to propose to your high school sweetheart, so I just wanna take my time to savor this moment.”

She screamed “oh, my God” a couple of times then thought about all the people inside the movie house, “Oh, my God, these poor people!”
He simply replied, “They’re all in on it!” Looking at the other audience, she realized that all the people inside are their family members and friends.
He then continued his proposal and asked, “Will you live happily ever after with me?” And she said, “Yes!”
Finally wearing the ring on her finger, Sthuthi told her man, “I thought there was something wrong with the movie!”
The proposal went viral; touching a lot of hearts online, and making thousands of people believe in fairy tales again.

“Happy ever after” still exists! Best wishes, Lee and Sthuthi!
