Amid social media posts going viral that features GrabFood riders being ditched by customers who order different kinds of food in bulk, the siblings were inspired to make the video as a token of appreciation for the riders’ hard work.

“Some people order a bunch of milk tea, a bunch of chicken without even showing up to pay. And we all know that Grab drivers, go through a lot by going all around all the time being tired. We felt bad about that. And because of that, we are going to be giving Grab riders our orders for free,” Niana stated in the video.
