
Just like many fastfood chains and restaurants, McDonald’s offers delivery services. It even has an app you can download to make ordering easier and more convenient.
Amazingly, it seems that the company is willing to go out of its way to make their customers happy, even literally going out of the way!
In a post that has since gone viral on Facebook, social media user Eireen Beltran shares how she ordered food from McDonald’s via the McDelivery app. As she was sick with fever at the time and didn’t have someone else to help her buy medicine, she added a request for McDonald’s to buy her some Biogesic, if only that was possible, of course.

McDonald’s was under no obligation whatsoever to buy her the medicine – after all, they are a food company and are not required to do everything that the customer requests but knowing that this particular customer is sick and didn’t have anyone to help her buy medicine, the company decided to get her some!
Beltran later posted the story on social media – and it went viral!

But while you might think that the Php20 McDonald’s spent to buy the medicine (and they got paid back for that, anyway!) was too small and largely insignificant to the fastfood giant, it was already a huge help to the customer.
