Gaining weight is normal when you’re pregnant. Jennica is no exception; she claims that she is already 10 kg overweight.
To empower gaining mothers, she posted a picture of her arms along with the caption saying that pregnancy gains are normal.
“Para sa mga kapwa ko buntis na nalulungkot dahil sa kanilang ‘new and improved’ size, ‘wag na kayo malungkot. Hindi kayo nag iisa! Malaki rin ako,” she said.
She also assured that in her experience, breastfeeding helped her shed her pregnancy weight.
“Makakapag bigay na tayo ng masustansyang gatas, mababawasan pa ang ating timbang dahil malakas mag-burn ng calories and nagpapasuso mga inay,” she added.
Furthermore, she shared her experience with her firstborn Mori who is almost 3 years old now and how breastfeeding cured common colds and flu in her daughter.
Her post gained over 23,000 likes from her followers and fellow mothers like her were inspired by her positivity with weight gain.
