In a photo that looked like a battle of the strongest, Game of Thrones’ ‘the Mountain’ posed next to our country’s strongest fist, Manny Pacquiao.
The GOT star Hafþór Júlíus “Thor” Björnsson is in the country to join the 41st World’s Strongest Man (WSM) competition.
On Facebook, the Department of Tourism shared the photo of the Björnsson posing next to Pacquiao and former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson.
The two also shared a light moment as they attended a ribbon cutting event in a sports shop in Festival Mall. Björnsson even posted on his Instagram a photo with Pacquiao. He stated, “Tonight I was invited to cut the ribbon for a grand opening of Go Sport in Manila with the one and only Manny Pacquiao.”
Björnsson is one of the 30 contenders who will be competing to win the coveted title of the World’s Strongest Man.
