Sharon Cuneta is always loved for her honest opinions, sharing about everything — even her personal life and relationships with people close to her on social media. However, the megastar realized that she has to be careful from now on as some of her posts were taken out of context which seemed to upset her.
Recently, while she guested on ANC’s “Talkback” to promote her movie, “Unexpectedly Yours”, Sharon shared an instance when her post had turned out to be overstated as she was being thought of suffering from clinical depression.
“When you say you’re sad and you happen to be in showbiz, people will want to turn that into clinical depression, people will want to turn that into being suicidal.”
However, Sharon didn’t mean she’ll be limiting her shares on social media anytime soon. Instead, she claimed she just wanted to set her limitations as to what she would share to the public and not everything that happens to her off the camera.
“I act for a living. I don’t want to be acting in real life as well. But now I know that I don’t have to point out every single detail of my life behind the cameras.”
Apparently, rumors had circulated that her marriage with Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan was “on the rocks” based on her previous social media posts. She has then strongly denied the rumors yet she admitted that they don’t have a perfect marriage.
Meanwhile, Sharon’s come back movie with Robin Padilla after two years made waves in Philippine cinema. “Unexpectedly Yours” had already earned P100 million in less than a week since its first day of showing. The movie also stars love team, Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia.
“Unexpectedly Yours” is a movie made by Star Cinema under the direction of Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina.
