While it is true that not all relationships are bound to last forever, things get really complicated when kids are involved. Sadly, the kids are often greatly affected by their parents’ break-up, especially when another person arrives in the picture.
This is what happened to the family of an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) named Diana, now based in Macau, whose family sought the help of “Raffy Tulfo in Action” because the children wish that their mom would stop sending them photos with her new boyfriend. The kids also hope she would just return home so they can become a family again.
According to Diana’s husband Jovanni, the kids were the ones who urged him to seek Tulfo’s help after they received photos of their mother with another guy. The offending photo was that of their mother walking with her alleged boyfriend, with the guy holding a bag of groceries in one arm while the other was wrapped around her shoulders!
Diana claimed that the moment only happened in a few seconds and that she asked the guy to remove his arm around her shoulders but it was unfortunate that their friend took a snapshot as a joke.
Jovanni and their eldest child wouldn’t accept the ‘joke’ explanation, saying that she shouldn’t have allowed the guy to do that because she’s married. Diana explained that she and Jovanni had already broken up even before she left the Philippines but Tulfo pointed out that she’s still married and the kids were truly hurt by the photo.
But this was not the only photo message that hurt the children…
