Have you ever wondered what jobs actually pay the highest in the Philippines?
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has just released the list of the 10 highest-paying professions in the Philippines – and this comes at the perfect time because it is graduation season in the country.
That means that there would be at least a few hundred thousand graduates across the country who would be looking for a job and are now feeling curious as to what jobs could earn them more.
Also, younger students who are still unsure of what courses to take in college could now have an idea of which jobs might give them more money in the future; thus, helping them find the right course to take.
Take note, however, that these figures are not absolute – meaning, people working in these listed fields could earn much more or could earn much less than the amount provided here. Also, there could be a lot of jobs that earn more than these but aren’t listed here.
That is because the data here comes from the Philippine Statistics Authority, based on their Occupation Wages Survey. All figures on the list are the average pay per month for these particular fields.
Production Supervisors and General Foremen – Php47,521
These are not entry-level jobs. That means that you have to be in the industry for at least a couple of years before you reach this level. If you’re still not earning this much and still stuck in production, don’t lose hope because you could get your big break soon.
