Albie Casiño has stayed out of the limelight and remained a gentleman throughout the controversies that hounded him in the past after he was mistakenly bashed by the public for supposedly abandoning Andi Eignemann and their baby; it later turned out that he wasn’t the child’s father as ‘hero’ Jake Ejercito who ‘saved’ Andi was actually the child’s real dad.
Years after the controversy damaged his career, Albie is slowly getting back on his feet again and has begun receiving a number of projects. Perhaps learning from his previous mistake, he’s shied away from taking well-known girlfriends and has recently admitted to dating a non-showbiz girl.
But non-showbiz girl Michelle Arceo just might turn into a showbiz one after joining the “Gandang Filipina” pageant on Wowowin.
Proving that he loves her without bounds, Albie was there to support Michelle even from the very start of the competition – and he was definitely there as she was crowned as the first “Gandang Filipina” winner!
In an interview on GMA News, Albie proudly admitted that he felt happy for Michelle and would willingly support her, if she plans to enter show business. He said he’s not pushing her to do things and wouldn’t meddle in case she wanted to become an actress.
