A boy who had dreams of making it big in “Tawag ng Tanghalan, Kids Edition” reportedly ran away from his home in Albay to reach Metro Manila where the show’s home network, ABS-CBN, is based; but after running out of money, he began singing in restaurants along the way – and had gone viral on social media for his golden voice!
Zildjian James A. Parma hails from Polangui, Albay but the Grade VI student ran away from home, went to Bicol, and was headed to Metro Manila to live his dreams.

When he ran out of money, the boy began going from restaurant to restaurant, asking whether he could perform for the crowd in exchange for food and money.
Ramos Ivan was among those who took a video of Zildjian who was so impressed with the boy’s performance and background story that he shared the clip on Facebook where it received over 10 million views within just a day after it was posted!
It was thanks to this video that Zildjian’s family was finally able to track him down. But netizens are hoping that the viral clip would reach ABS-CBN so this boy could get his chance to join Tawag ng Tanghalan, Kids Edition.
