Sec. Taguiwalo wrote on Facebook, “Nanay got to meet President Digong and Sec Bong Go before the start of the program to open the 2016 Masskara Festival of Bacolod City! Nagmano ang dalawa as she is 97 years old and will be turning 98 next month. Like Pres. Digong’s mother, Nanay was a public school teacher.”
Never mind that Pres. Duterte is the highest official of the land and that Sec. Taguiwalo’s mother is just an ‘ordinary citizen’ because at that moment, he was the ‘ordinary citizen’ showing his respects to an older person!

Wonderful indeed…He might be the highest ranking official of the land but in his heart, he’s just an ordinary person and a simple one…someone who admit and apologized when he is wrong and stand firm with his decision when he knows he is right…He’s really one of a kind…God bless his heart.
