An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) aboard a Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight is finally going home after months of not getting paid by her heartless employers. Despite her being repatriated to the Philippines, it still feels heartbreaking to know that she was not able to receive money from the months of hard work she did.

She sacrificed everything just for her family but all of that came to nothing because her employers did not give her money.

After learning of the plight of this crying OFW, the crew of the PAL flight she was in not only pooled their own money to give to her, they also announced on flight that they are gathering whatever donations the other passengers can share with the woman to help her and her family start anew despite what happened.

Everyone was cooperative and the crew was able to collect a good amount of money which they immediately presented to the crying OFW.

She was not identified by name but we all hope that she would have a better life back in the Philippines and that the government will help her have a fresh start. After all, she surely must have borrowed some money so she could work outside the country like many OFWs do.

Let’s hope she will get all the help she needs to have a good life back in the country…
