LOOK: Pres. Duterte Praised in Russian Newspaper

While the Philippine media and those in the US and other international outfits have been reporting about how Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was disrespectful and uncouth in supposedly cursed US President Barack Obama, there’s a newspaper in Russia that actually sang praises of him!

A photo of the news article was shared by George ‘GJ Emeka Johnson’ Johnson, Inter Staff Moscow in Moscow, Russia. He wrote:

Dear Mr President,

When I opened Russian newspaper today and saw your photo in there, I was really amazed. Amazed….. and happy. There is a short article how Obama is afraid asking you a questions, because he knows that your replies are brilliant. They are on the highest diplomatic level, that can make shut up anybody….. This article is the proof that your smartness and courage are known already everywhere, even here in Russia.

Me and OFWS here wish you all the best… we wish you never give up because you’re the last hope for the Philippines. You’re the last angel who came not to talk but to do. We love you, Mr President Rodrigo Duterte!

Since we can’t read and understand Russian language, we take Johnson’s word for this post. Isn’t it amazing that Duterte is getting praises from Russia?

  1. Except there is no such thing as an Inter Staff Moscow, the newspaper, a quick search reveals.

Duterte’s well-loved by industrial suppliers, though.
