The Philippines’ Police Chief Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa sports a skinhead – and we’ve never seen him sporting hair in the months that he’s been on the spotlight ever since he was promoted to the position when President Rodrigo Duterte started office.
There’s one photo of him recently sporting ‘rockstar’ hair – and, of course, it went viral! After all, it is one of those rare occasions we get to see Chief Bato with hair! LOL.
Social media user Amelia Tanalgo Cascolan shared the photo of the police chief wearing a t-shirt and jeans while being surrounded with cops in full uniform.
