Social media is now being used by a lot of people as a medium for social awareness and asking for help. With the number of horror stories, sexual abuse, and crimes in the country now, social media is becoming a great medium to aid people.
Social media, particularly Facebook, is also used as a marketing strategy by a lot of business to build and engage with their target market. It can increase the number of customers that you have since you are raising awareness of your brand as well as the products and services that you are offering. One of the best ways to get your audience engaged is by rewarding them for being and staying as fans.
One of the most engaging rewards systems that Facebook has is the Likes, Comments, and Shares challenge.
What is This Challenge?
The Likes, Comments, and Shares challenge took social media by storm last year. From famous food chains to small and medium enterprises, people sent messages to different businesses in the hopes that they will get something for free in exchange of the agreed-upon number of likes, comments, and shares.
If you thought that this Facebook challenge already ended, you are mistaken — the challenge is starting to gain massive attention again.

Taking up the challenge, KFC challenged Timmy to double the target and they will provide him with a year-worth of free meals.
The post is now taking everyone by storm and a lot of people are giving their part in the game. As of writing, the said post already garnered more than 290,000 likes, 120,000 comments, and 32,000 shares.
