Anne Curtis Defends Sister Jasmine Curtis Smith from Bashers, Refutes Speculations that Jasmine has Anorexia

Jasmine Curtis Smith had been receiving negative comments about losing weight within a short period of time. Netizens were speculating that she has Anorexia which sister Anne Curtis strongly denied.

“It’s Showtime” host Anne Curtis defended her sister Jasmine from bashers and spoke up about the issue. To end all the speculations, Anne claimed her sister is really, really fine and her fans had nothing to worry about.

Apparently, Jasmine had been so skinny and thin that netizens thought she had anorexia. However, she appealed to the public not to assume anything based on what they saw in her photos and not to let her feel that she really looked unpleasing. Some even said that she looks old and that Anne is her younger sister.

In an interview with PEP, Jasmine shared that what really caused her sudden weight loss was being physically strained from doing household chores because she doesn’t have a house helper.

On the other hand, Anne also clarified that Jasmine had intended to drop pounds off her weight as a preparation to look great on her wedding day for being the maid of honor. But then, after the wedding, Anne shared that Jasmine had started to gain weight again.

Anne also refuted speculations that Jasmine was suffering from a medical condition called “anorexia”.
