REAL OR FAKE: Alleged Photos of Xander Ford Circulate Online

Could Xander Ford, formerly known as Marlou Arizala, be the man in these photos?

As soon as former Hasht5 member Arizala confirmed that he recently underwent a cosmetic procedure that will enhance his looks, several memes and manipulated photos of him circulated on social media sites. While most of these photos proved to be fake, a new set of photos that recently surfaced online is believed to be real and taken after Arizala’s surgery.

The photos, which were posted on the Facebook page Ethel Booba’s Charotism, quickly made rounds online. Many netizens were convinced that the man in the photo, who has visibly different nose and chin, is actually Arizala after his procedure. Arizala earlier confirmed that he underwent nose and chin enhancement at the Marikina Doctors Hospital and Medical Center.

However, Arizala quickly dismissed reports that the photos that emerged were taken after his surgery. While he admitted that he is indeed the man in the photos, he revealed that the photos were taken way back in 2016. He added that his old photos were just manipulated.

“Babala sa Kumakalat na Picture na ito. Haha Galing Nyo mag Edit ah. The agency that handles Arizala’s, Star Image  Artist Management, also confirmed that the photos were fake.

“There has been an “alleged leaked photos” of Marlou describing his latest looks after his reported operation. It came to our attention and to Xander, and confirmed that the photos were edited/manipulated. His face is not fully healed and some parts are still swollen. It’s impossible for him to expose his face yet like the fake photos shown, as prescribed by his Doctor. Xander is still recovering and just resting at home,” Star Image Artist Management wrote on its facebook page.
