PNP Chief Buys All the Goods of a Young Vendor Knocked Over by SONA Crowd… General “Bato” has “Pusong Mamon” After All!

A young boy was trying to earn a living by selling cold tetra pack juices to the crowd gathered outside the venue where President Rodrigo Duterte will report his first State of the Nation Address (SONA); however, the jam-packed crowd knocked over the young lad’s goods.

Upon hearing the boy’s plight, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa took pity on him; he immediately went to the young lad to buy the rest of the goods the boy is selling!
